Availability and Backorders

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are not available and the products will be placed on backorder. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.


We work hard to dispatch your order within 3 business days or sooner. However, please note that this is our best estimate given in good faith and cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery.

Should it be necessary, we reserve the right to deliver your order in separate shipments.

Free domestic shipping is offered on UK orders over £60 that do not include Subscription products.

International (non-UK) shipping is available upon request only. Please contact us directly for a quote.

All subscription orders are shipped free of charge using the shipping method of our choice.

Please always inspect your order against the included invoice and notify us of any damages within 24h of receiving the shipment.

We cannot be held liable for any missing items unless you provide a written notice to us within 7 days of receiving your order. In case of missing items, our responsibility is limited to replacing the products within a reasonable time or issuing a refund for the missing items based on the included invoice.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Fulcrum Health Customer Support team either by phone at 01480869456 or by email fulcrumhealth@aol.com. We will give you personal attention to resolve any issues on a case-by-case basis, advising on return and refund options appropriate to your individual case.

Please note that returns will be accepted only with prior approval from Fulcrum Health Customer Support team. Should you return the product without seeking prior approval, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and dispose of the products in whatever manner we deem appropriate.

No returns will be accepted later than 30 days after receipt of your order. Generally, returned goods must be in their original packaging, in re-sealable condition and will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
