Each box of either PureHA Liquid Supplement or PureHA Collagen Advanced Liquid Supplement contains 30 sachets (approx. a 4-week supply). One sachet only should be taken per day. Simply tear or snip off the top of the sachet and add the supplement of your choice to a glass of fruit juice or cold water at whatever time of day suits you best. Please note that since the formula is highly concentrated, we do not advise taking either the PureHA Liquid Supplement or PureHA Collagen Advanced Liquid Supplement without diluting them in a cold drink of your choice.
