Submission Form – “Before” images

Thank you for participating in the PureHA Collagen Advanced product trial. To capture accurate before and after images, please follow the instructions below. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

We may use some or all of the images to show progress.

We value your privacy. All images will be reviewed and adjusted before any public use. Final images will be sent to you for approval before publication.

Please submit all images via the form below. They will be received by the trial coordinator who has been in contact with you.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Submit images in jpg or png formats.
  • To make capturing images easier, consider asking someone to assist you.
  • Ensure that all filters and AI enhancement options are turned off on your camera.
  • Use the highest image resolution your camera can provide.
  • Keep the camera steady to avoid blurriness.
  • Clean the camera lens for a clear image.
  • Capture images in a well-lit room against a light-colored or solid background. Natural light works best.

Important Notes:

  • Repeat the Process: Take note of how these images were taken, as you will need to repeat the process for “after” images, keeping all settings as similar as possible.

Image 1: Face

  • Capture a clear passport-style photo of your face.
  • Remove makeup, accessories, and glasses, ensuring a neutral expression.
  • The submitted image will be edited to show relevant parts unless you give us permission to use your full face image.
  • You can submit up to 2 images.

Image 2: Nails

  • Capture a clear photo of both hands on a flat surface to clearly display your nails.
  • Ensure no nail polish is applied.
  • The submitted image will be edited to show relevant parts.
  • You can submit up to 2 images.

Image 3: Hair

  • Capture a clear photo of your hair from behind.
  • Ensure the hair is in its natural state, not tied up or styled.
  • The submitted image will be edited to show relevant parts.
  • You can submit up to 2 images.

Image 4: Hair problem area

  • Capture a clear photo of your hair “problem area,” such as the crown or hairline.
  • Ensure the hair is in its natural state, not tied up or styled.
  • The submitted image will be edited to show relevant parts.
  • You can submit up to 2 images.
