Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.  After you have finished your selection, you can click or be taken automatically to ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.  If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.  We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.  If you prefer, you may send your information via telephone, fax, snail mail, or e-mail.  Full contact details are given on the website.

Shipping Conditions

Free domestic shipping is offered on UK orders over £50 (excluding VAT).

All subscription orders (only available in the UK) are shipped free of charge using the shipping method of our choice.

International (non-UK) shipping is available upon request only. Please contact us directly for a quote.

Purchasing Options and Subscriptions

PureHA supplements may be purchased as an individual one-off order or by regular subscription. Please kindly note that at the current time, our subscription service is only available in the UK.

Please note that businesses, post and courier services in the UK might not operate on certain public holidays (such as Christmas Day or Easter or other Bank Holidays), which might impact your subscription dispatch dates.

If you chose to buy our subscription product, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to your express written cancellation.

We automatically send out email reminders 3 (three) days before each upcoming order is processed and payment is taken.

You may cancel at any time without incurring any further costs. However, if we have already processed and dispatched your order, this payment will not be refunded and cancellation will apply to any subsequent order. Should you want a refund on the last order, it will have to be processed as a general order based on the usual workflow. Please refer to the Delivery and Returns page for further guidance.

You can cancel your subscription from your Account on our site. Alternatively, you can cancel by emailing us at Your subscription will terminate on the day that you cancel provided you cancel by 7 am GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Any cancellation request submitted after 7 am GMT might not be effective until the following day.

Every effort will be made to cancel your subscription on the same day you cancel your subscription with us. However, if you make your cancellation after 7am, your order may have already been processed and left our warehouse and therefore you will have to pay for the order dispatched.

The above cancellation rights do not affect your right to cancel under the statutory cooling-off period.

We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of the Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy.

Any introductory subscription offer applies to first-time subscribers only and is limited to one per new customer, relating to one delivery address. If a subscription has been cancelled, or we deem the offer to have been taken advantage of, for example, the use of multiple email addresses relating to the same delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse any further introductory offers to anyone for any reason at any time.

Tax Charges

All UK government taxes currently in force are included in the prices published on this website unless specifically stated otherwise.

Isle of Man & Channel Islands Residents: to ensure correct VAT calculations please choose your respective island as “Country/Region” when filling out the Billing/Shipping information.

Ordering errors

Cancellation Right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
