Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, you can click or be taken automatically to ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. Availability and Back Orders
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are not available and the products will be placed on back order. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Delivery schedule We hope to deliver your order right away. We will normally despatch your order within 3 business days. Orders outside the UK are generally received 5-7 days after despatch. Ordering errors You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “submit” on the final page of our ordering process. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details.
